I'm Diane. I'm a size 22, and for almost two years my knee decided what I was allowed to do.

It started small. Biscuit, my dog, stopped getting his real morning walk. I stopped kneeling in the garden because getting back up wasn't worth it. The stairs became a decision I made twice a day. And when my granddaughter patted the floor next to her, I had to say grandma will take the chair, because I knew I wouldn't get back up gracefully.
